DR. DANIEL TUSHINSKI
BA, MD, FRCSC, MSc
Dr. Tushinski is a fellowship trained arthroplasty surgeon. He completed his medical school and residency training at McMaster University. He then underwent fellowship training at the University of Toronto, Mount Sinai, in lower extremity reconstruction. He also obtained a Masters of Science in Health Research and Methodology from McMaster University.

His current orthopaedic practice includes anterior and lateral total hip arthroplasty, total knee arthroplasty, deformity correction, revision arthroplasty, and posttraumatic reconstruction. Dr. Tushinski performs approximately 200 direct anterior hip replacements and 150 knee replacements per year. His research interests include same-day home arthroplasty and opioid reduction strategies.

He currently is the head of service for the division of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Juravinski Hospital, the director of the outpatient arthroplasty program and fellowship director of the MacOrtho and Spine Fellowship Program.
